This notice explains how SortedAhead collects, uses and protects information from people who join the waitlist.

SortedAhead is a product of Oniks Designs Limited, company number 15829401, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. Oniks Designs Limited is the data controller for waitlist information collected on this website. Our ICO registration reference is ZC193534. Privacy enquiries go to support@sortedahead.com.
We collect your email address, the landing page variant you used, bounded UTM source, medium, campaign and advert-content tags if present, the time you joined, the versions of the privacy and consent wording shown, and your optional answer to the waitlist question. Please do not put document numbers or personal case details in that optional answer.
We use this information to send occasional SortedAhead launch updates, understand which campaign or post led to a waitlist signup, prevent duplicate signups, and keep the website secure. The lawful basis is consent for launch updates and legitimate interests for basic first-party measurement, deduplication and security.
Waitlist entries are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare processes this information on its global network to provide, secure and measure the website and database service. We use waitlist information only for the purposes described here and disclose it only to service providers needed to run those purposes or where the law requires it.
This website sets no marketing or tracking cookies, so it shows no cookie banner. If aggregate page statistics are enabled they use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors.
Waitlist emails will be deleted or moved to a launch-announcement list within 12 months. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing support@sortedahead.com.
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your waitlist data by emailing support@sortedahead.com.
